Rediscovering Your Spiritual Path
I wish I could say this had a simple 4 point process that worked all the time. I can't. Things I can tell you:
1. God cares. Make this a truth in your life, even if you can never prove it. It is the beginning and end of a healing faith.
2. Don't isolate yourself. Life is always darker when we go it alone.
3. Look at the "Resources" page on this website. There are a lot of links to websites and books with a lot more. I believe you'll find something that will help you rediscovery your spiritual path.
